Becareful on this one.

Firstly this one that issue RIGHT, its TP not high (unlike some like Pac Andes / CCT/ etc)

Next, its RIGHT offer not quite attractive. It is worth while to go in for a risk?

And like what yoril_xq say, it seems like manipulate by BB.

Trade with care for this one.

But among all company with RIGHTS, this one got the worst TP (provided by the analyst). Not sure if it worth the risk to go for its RIGHT rally.

Anyway, commodity share price shoot up & down faster than the rest. Emm better trade with care.Smiley

Just bcos of d 18cts R issue, in d right time. If STI could maintain current level, n d announcement dun delay, AK thinks investors may get some perks along d way liao. NOL R issue is a typical Early Birds Catch The Worms.

Yes, the warrant is priced out of money at current price. However, who knows what is their price 3 year down the road. Warrant has a time premium.

In their document, they said " The issue of Warrants will reward subscribing shareholders, maintain good relationships with shareholders , and also provide GAR with additional future liquidity if exercised at maturity."

Take good care to read the 'exercise at maturity'...In some of my understanding, some warrant can be exercised anytime before expiry, which is more flexible. Perhaps my interpretation is not correct...

Anyone know why they offer warrant conversion price @54c on 1-1 conversion basis? Current price of GAR is 42c which means the given warrants (FOC) upon exercising of rights are out of money. It is worthless unless the share price goes above 54c.

Agreed, too expensive. Below $0.40 still ok. My TP for this baby is $0.40.

So my entry price must be 10% lesser than $0.40. So $0.36 will be a better price for me.

Seriously overpriced, 38 cents is top one would pay for this, much better counter is the Indo Agri and even Wilmar and Kencana. Curve is also not favourable at the moment. come back later in a week until we all sell down then accumulate again.

GAR made NET PROFIT of more than US$1 Billion in YE2008 and tens of millions in 1Q2009.

Why the NAV did NOT increase and remain the SAME? (Refer to GAR Report at its website)

So, What is really the SAME?

Did GAR make only PAPER PROFIT?

If only PAPER PROFIT, NAV must also GO UP.

Because both DEBIT and CREDIT must BALANCE in DOUBLE ENTRY ACCOUNTING!

Check it OUT with Institute of  CPAs  Singapore (ICPAS).

If real CASH PROFIT was made, there must be more than US$1 Billion of COLD HARD CASH now in the books and the banks.

What had SUCKED UP all the CASH in the PROFITS and still need MORE CASH?

If an Operation canNOT generate Working Capital CASHFLOW especially for a Profitable One, it sounds like the SUB-PRIME which created all the BUBBLE WEALTH which BURST into BANKRUPTCY!?

I am just wondering!

WHERE did all the Billion CASH go to?

Oh GOD, Please enlighten the CASH.

Why the few hundred millions of RIGHTS required?
