Agree very much with FearAndGreed.

FearAndGreed seems very savvy with this environmental topic.

M&G net bought 11MM shs in May.   Who are the sellers?  Locals only.  Don't make the same mistake.  Environmental funds are going to keep getting more money because performance has been good.  Where are they going to put the next 100MM USD?  Into A-shares?  No way.  Bio-Treat will benefit.  Stay long.

Don't cut in a haste.  Apply a cool mind.

Ask: will the US market recover tonight ?

The US market has been making very good progress for the past few sessions.  Will it the BBs there allow Greenspan to spoil the party ?

Novena33, do you consider the 90 cents barrier broken ?  Upwards, I mean.

So in your views is it set to move towards the $1 mark soon ?

It's a pity to leave BioTreat as a laggard.

Isn't it used to be a $1 stock too ?

The curious think about this stock is how slowly it moves.  If it were listed in HK, the stock would be at 1.50 already.  If it were an A-share it would be at 3.00.   Bought at .53, .63, .75, .80, .76., .865, and buying more at .91.   My advice is to enjoy the show, this stock is going to 1.20 in 2 months.

If BioTreat going to be a $1 stock ..... it means it still has another 10 cents meat to bite from ..... not a bad deal .....

Yes, with large volume trading and markets still firm I would expect a test of .90.  I wouldn't be too hasty taking profits.  This share easily has 1.40 or 1.50 as an upside for this year.  In the last few months China water shares have gone through the roof, making the relative value proposition of Bio-Treat even more compelling.  Buying more now.

Bio-Treat released 3Q earnings result.  It appears that YoY revenue growth is still on pace (+8.8%) and net profit is basically unchanged.  In the case of Bio-Treat, I believe that anything besides a very bad result is positive for the share price as it trades at such a discount still to the rest of the water treatment sector.  I haven't seen any broker reports yet on the stock.  I imagine this report isn't enough to change any opinions positive or negative.  I would still consider this stock a BUY at .865 after results and if anything the earnings risk continues to decline as the company is now through another quarter with good operating results.

BUY Bio-Treat after IC Committee dismisses merit of ex-Chairman's claims.

BIOT is still a buy here at .865.  I think there is upside to 1.00 in the near term and 1.20 in the 3-6 month time frame.  The sector has recovered nicely after the end of February equity market sell-off and BIOT, was hit hard during that time along with everything else.  Unlike the rest of the market, however, BIOT is at a cheaper than historical normal valuation level with good growth prospects.  Expect a steady re-rating of this stock at least to market P/E levels which would make a price target of 1.00 quite conservative.  The one caveat is the overhang from the convertible bond issue which is struck at .91.  But I suspect that the fundamentals will shortly overcome any arbitrage related selling.

The long awaited (and overdue) announcement by the Inquiry Committee into the ex-Chairman's claims have been released.  The IC found the case to have no merit.  In particular, handwriting experts have found that Mr. Wings signature on his resignation letter was not forged.  And his shares were found to have been sold from trusts under his family's control.

Recently, the Citigroup analyst, who has been bearish the stock since 2/13 has reiterated a sell but has not brought up any new issues.  He warned that the governance issues were not yet resolved so he'll probably need to backtrack on this part and that may influence him to upgrade his fiew.

Morgan Stanley has put out a report after the announcement and are reiterating a Buy.
