Ohh .... I see, I sold mine yesterday and planning to use the profit to buy some CNY goodies, and have a worry free CNY celebration first.

Genting jumps after Sands VIP business gains: Updated
THURSDAY, 31 JANUARY 2013
Genting Singapore Plc., Asia’s second biggest casino operator by market value, rose the most in six months in Singapore trading after competitor Las Vegas Sands Corp. reported gains in its local VIP business.
Genting rose 5.8%, the most since July 30, to close at $1.55. The benchmark Straits Times Index dropped 0.1%.
Rolling chip volume, an indicator of activity in the VIP rooms that cater to high-stake gamblers, rose 53% to US$16.5 billion ($20.3 billion) at the Marina Bay casino in Singapore, Sands said in its fourth-quarter earnings report. The Las Vegas company reported an an 11% drop in overall Singapore revenue, a smaller decline than a 21% fall in the prior three months.
Investors are more optimistic about Genting because VIP volume increased “quite a bit” at Las Vegas Sands, Gabriel Chan, a Hong Kong-based analyst at Credit Suisse Group AG said via phone today.
Las Vegas Sands closed 0.94% higher at $51.56 in New York trading yesterday.
I mean the uptrend continued from Dec and after sideway for this month, should be breaking $1.6 soon.

Buy a book called SHARES, which publishes bi-weekly. Can get it fr neighbourhood newspaper boots or bookshop. $7.00 a copy. A good buy ds coming week as coys yr end results r tabulated. Need not to buy often, 3 monthly will suffice.

" The market is reacting to the recovery of the VIP business," says Lucius Chong, an analyst at CIMB. But he adds, he thinks it's too early to draw conclusions. MBS' net revenue for the quarter was down 11% on-year at US$717.2 million. Genting Hong Kong (S21.SG) is up 4.7% at US$0.445. Hong Kong-listed Macau counters are also rallying. Can go beyond that, but not today. Better not today because too fast will weaken the base. Preferred it stay above the $1.56 mark for the day and then try tomorrow. Just break out this morning. Wahahaha!!!
