Ya Good Dividend pay out. It's 4 Cents however the Low PE was because of one time gain on last year for disposal of it's subsidiary Company. otherwise the PE could be more than 10 now.

I guess the current share price has been fully value.

No doubt it's very tempting..

After the payout date....

if price before Xdiv is about 13 or 14c, after ex-div, price will drop to about 9 to 10c.. NTA is still high at 8.5c.

At 9 to 10c, PE ratio is only 1.5X....in an increasing more stable market environment, PE ratio of 1.5X is ridiculously low.....Every 1X move is about 1c so if the valuation is a realistic 4X, 14c is the fair value...

BB would have basically about 15 days after ex-div to continue collecting scripes from people who bought only for the CD for a last hurray....

Interesting prediction on the moves by funds. U mean after XD -> price down by 4.0c -> funds may push the price higher?

Oophs, error, sorry.....

the auntie bought thinking the divvy was 0.04 cents.

DnApeh      ( Date: 18-May-2009 23:34) Posted:

Hard to say lah, once CD appears, all the auntie uncle will start to buy. All the auntie uncle combined is very powerful, BB also must respect.

I try to think like auntie uncle is like that:

COSCO cd was 7.7 cts, price slightly more thn $1 before xd. Yield ~8% lah.

Since this one not big counter, auntie uncle will give discount, say aim for 16% divvy yield lah. That makes 24.5 cents before xd.

How do i get these figures? Ask all the auntie uncle around you lah. Eg, one auntie bought this counter although she thinks cd was 0.4 cents. Now she is going to be rich.

I anyhow guess one, OK?

In the last big rallies in pennies 2yrs back..... the accumulation moves are always before CDThe 1st phase of accumulation is at the low.. when nobody is looking at the counter. .....and it creeps up slowly. Don't beleive, go pay for a good software wtih 1yr historicals and you will be able to see the moves

2nd phase is for some newsflow.. there will come a time where all the selling dries up and the only way for BB to accumualate is to price move the counter a little. bit by bit.

In this case, the big CD is a really eye catching hence retail interest is perked. I mean, just look at the forum now.. Last time I posted, on the cash in the bank.. nobody bothered.

There will be moves til the official date of the CD ie ex-div date. Moves will be made.

but the biggest moves of them all is reserved after the CD esp after the payout esp when the dividends are paid out.. Syndicates would have a large amount of cash.. and there is where the big action begins.

Don't beleive.. look at the historicals of Poh Tiong CHoon, SMB United, Eng Kong etc where moves in a bull market or at least with a better sentiment environment, major moves were made after the ex div payouts.

This will be no different....

tomorow is T+3 from day 1 of 1st small price move last week after the news was out....contra players who don't want to hold will sell. Explains why BIG Sell block at 10c

Interesting how the news of the entitlement book closure came out today..T+3 after the new broke of the 4c dividend.... How coincidental.

Will like have a early surge only to be beaten back back down to earth by BB as they maintain price to force out weak holders/contra players who bought last week.... to sell at 0.95 - 0.105 tomorow which is what I'm predicting.

14 days to book closure date. Just want to see how it pans out... tomrow is T+4, wed, T+5

if thur cheong.... start another cycle of T+3 Next Monday.....left 9 more days to ex-div. each cheong period is 1 to 2 dys with 3 days of consolidation for a total of 5/6 days days per move so the max number cheong levels is not more than 3. If each cheong is 1c.... that it is likely to close at 13c to 14 c day before XD.....

There will be a major drop in price.. 3-4c after ex-div.... and the price of acheive is like to languish for the rest of the time till the 27th June.. one day after pay out.

During this 15 trading days.. the stock will languish for these period.. Once the pay is made on 26th which is a friday... the next cheong should begin as the BB move it fast and furious.

Those who bought Poh Tiong Choon 2 yrs ago would remember after ex-pay out, the stock flew from 23c to 36chgih..

Similarly for SMB, just after the 1 or 1.5c pay out.. the stock started to make its move.

Achievea may have similar moves.... the timing looks perfect and all planned out by these guys.

Start unloading when it hit above 15.0c...solid enough to pocket a 50%+ handsome profit.

Aren't u going to pump in your dividend to increase holdings, since the company is good?

hahah Saw your buy up at 10c.

At 10c, ex-div, your cost is 6c. Net cash after divi is 8 or 8.5c.. your cost is still discount to cash in the bank.. As coy reported a healthy profit and more importantly, net positive cashflow of 1c pershare or $6m..... This coy is effectively now printing money... Like 2nd chance.

today, BB will be collecting at 0.095c from those who cannot pay up after 3rd day. tomrow will be forced selling.. so any price moves will be after wednesday....

usual BB tactics of price move.....accumulation... price moves... acumulations...slow and steady and they have accumulated what they have needed for the major CHEONG......
