hi raymondho, u asked "Do you expect this will repeat once it breaks 2.04 and climbs to 2.30, have a short break and then surges uptrent to 2.98 " That period u mention is the initial surge phase, normally only few days to 1-2 wks. This is money to be earn if u are the mistress of some BB, or golf buddy of the chairman. Now it's in the mature phase, Slower but Safer. 2.98 is not impossible, but not in the same time frame as the initial surges..be patient.  again... I might be wrong.

Ausgroup should produce good results, If it starts to move to $2.30, the warrant should be a good buy.

I feel that  straitsasia  has a better  value compare to Ausgroup and  Man Res . At current price of just 1.52 last fri closing, it is still way below bb expectations. Next week hope the BB will push this counter way up to 1.60. MACD looking more bullish for coming week . Just keep my finger crossed. Vested.

AusGrp seems slightly bullish to me, wait for the confirmation by the breakout above 1.94.

My TA interpretation of this counter is that it will either be stagnant for a while or on a slow decline. The Acc/Dist is actually slowly downtrending.

Hi! Dinola, Thank you very much !

I vested in this counter at 1.93 month ago. From the chart, I observed a hugh surge of 0.94 which represents a101.6% up (May 2 high : 0.98 to May 23 high : 1.87), Do you expect this will repeat once it breaks 2.04 and climbs to 2.30, have a short break and then surges uptrent to 2.98 (2.04 + 0.94) ? Wish to share your view on this counter.  Thanks ......

Hi raymondho, I arrived @ $2.3 by simple charting. No complicated TA formula. Just observe the last 3 price surges from April 07. e.g. the last one from 30/5 to 8/6 is a $0.5 rise. Then I average up these surges, which is $0.55. If you agree that the pivot price for next rise to be @ $1,75, then you will get $2.3, before it takes a breather.

They often say? Buying is a Science, selling is an Art. Looking into the future is always more abstract, you got to form yr own picture; it?s yr money anyway.Nevertheless, MACD, OBV at he moment look positive. If you re into FA, EPS also rising, balance sheet is clean. That is why I switch over from Straitsasia to AGL... still I might be wrong.

Coal prices should keep climbing in China because of double-digit growth and as Beijing allows more market-oriented pricing. The country became a net importer on a monthly basis this year -- a situation expected to persist in coming years. Australian spot thermal coal prices -- the Asian benchmark -- hit a record $72 per tonne last week after storms lashed the country's east coast and disrupted exports from Newcastle, the world's largest coal loading port.

Straitsasia's MACD crossing soon...positive sign of uptrend .... possible break out soon.

hi ,
im vested in ausgroup too but just a word of caution.
the macquarie warrant of 2.10 exercise price is due only in dec , so i would think
most likely it will be broken only after annual results some time in august that too
if results better than analyst expectations.
also pls note CIM-B has a hold rating on this stock with trading price around 1.5 - 1.6 .
