For every free warrant issued, in view of every 2 shares owned, it allows the shareholder to exercise this option to own a share at a price of $0.02. I think it is quite attractive and there might be more potential upside soon. Seems like the bulls are charging soon!

Based on bonus issue in 2010, the OIS stated the adjustments as follow:

Method of offer : Issue of up to 16,944,541 free Additional Warrants
2009, each Additional Warrant 2009 carrying the right to
subscribe for one (1) new share at an exercise price of
S$0.017 for each new share pursuant to the

Basis of Allotment : one (1) Warrant for every five (5) existing Warrants 2009
held by Warrant 2009 Holders as at the Warrant Books
Closure Date, fractional entitlements to be disregarded.
Number of Warrants : Up to 16,944,541 Warrants.

The timing is as such that whatever given to you as additional W13 and those that you hold till the end cum bonus, you will not be able to convert in time to get additional new bonus warrants. So if you prefer new warrants (W1?), then you should convert a few days before the XB date.

yes. The adjustment mechanism will be announced together with the OIS. What I stated was based on the last bonus issue in around 2010.

Ok, thanks. They should have said Wrt 2013 then. Normally reference is made to year of expiration, not issue. Anyway, still cum bonus date yet?

The 2010 warrants refers to the existing warrant traded in the market (2010 refers to the date of issue). The adjustment to the existing warrants (both exercise price and number of additional warrants) will depend on the eventual number of outstanding shares on the book close date for the bonus new warrants. The outstanding shares may change due to exercise of warrants, share options etc during this period. As such, the company will not be able to determine the actual adjustments now.
The exact adjustment to the exercise price of the 2010 warrants and the additional warrants issue will be announced after the book close date.
I am also confused. Why the announcement mentioned warrant 2010??? This is 2013 what, 2010 already expired long ago.

I have not seen the announcement of the conversion price of W13 in SGX website.
Or is it that I have missed out reading the details?
Let's say if all went through as you have said, theoretically if I have 500 lots W13, I will be given 100 lotsW13 right ?
Then 600W13 lots to convert at 0.017? Again the converted 600 lots shares are entitled to 300 lots bonus warrant?

I am just trying to understand the announcement and how does it impact those who are holding on to the shares, I.e. 10 lots etc. Good to learn from the expert or professional here..
Don't think it will affect you, a lot of people waiting for you to short haha

If you are holding W13, you will also be given additional W13 based on the adjustmen. The exercise price will also be reduced. Based on the last bonus issue, one additional warrant for every 5 warrants held and exercise price was adjusted to 0.017 instead of 0.02.
As long as you buy before ex-bonus, you will get the bonus. It is not even trading cum-bonus yet, of course buy now get the bonus lah.

Agreed bonus wrt is old news, may not move the price much now. But Myanmar Telco may, especially if NT's customers get 1, which is likely. Even if no current customers get, NT still has an existing customer (the statement owned company) getting a confirmed license plus they are very likely to get some contracts from winning bidders.
So my take is : not much movement this month but expect more actions by July. Anyway, world market indices looked very overbought and due for correction. Be careful of forced selling next week. After that, should trend up.
Short can still make if you are fast and think contrarian - everyday got ups & downs one :)
