Wow BIG has turned to small. 01234 small numbers, 56789 BIG numbers!
Last time JNJ offered refused to take, now saliva also come out, but no offer. Think must write JNJ to tell BIG "can takeover for 20 cents, want or not"?

The sky (tian) has eye (yan), meaning the heavens will see what one does on earth and reward or punish accordingly. This is an universal truth. Don't believe? Do bad and see your just rewards.

Unbelievable,Our Be.......worst than 78.......
But think :

Bengster said he lost more than anyone here. How could that be? He got his 3000 lots at the issue price of 20 over cents. He missed his huge profit, but now I think he is quit. Basing on his love of BIG resulting from his fantastic knowledge of the business, he could have hung on if he is not on margin. Am I wrong, Bengster?
The market is bad, and the doomsayers are predicting global recession and depression. Many times they the soothsayers were wrong, but this time looks like they hit the jackpot.
Bengster is an old bird and he had already sold when BIG was 90 to $1.10 only fools rush in.....and now camotase....

Patient Enrollment Complete for Pivotal Trial of the NEVO Sirolimus-eluting Coronary Stent with Unique Reservoir Technology
OCTOBER 27TH
WARREN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cordis Corporation and Conor Medsystems, LLC announced today that patient enrollment has been completed for a randomized clinical trial comparing the NEVO Sirolimus-eluting Coronary Stent, a new cobalt chromium reservoir-based stent design, to the Taxusฎ Liberteฎ Paclitaxel-eluting Coronary Stent.
Data from this trialknown as RES-ELUTION Imay be used to support a regulatory filing for a CE Mark in countries outside the United States. Cordis expects the primary data will be available next spring.
NEVO utilizes a unique RES Technology that incorporates hundreds of small reservoirs, each acting as a depot into which drug-polymer compositions are loaded. This revolutionary design allows drug delivery from an implant the surface of which is 75 percent polymer-free bare metal upon insertion and becomes fully bare metal following drug delivery and polymer bioresorption in approximately three months. The technology also greatly enhances control of the rate and direction of drug delivery, enabling a wider range of drug therapies to be delivered, and potentially increases the range of clinical applications of drug-eluting stents and other drug-device combinations.
NEVO contains the same drug, sirolimus, as in the CYPHERฎ Sirolimus-eluting Coronary Stent. The data supporting the safety and efficacy of sirolimus in coronary applications is now available out to six years, and is completely unmatched by any other anti-restenotic stent coating.
The potential of sirolimus delivery from a fully-bioresorbable reservoir is exciting and this study is an important step in evaluating its use in the interventional treatment of patients with coronary artery disease, said John Ormiston, M.D., North Shore Hospital, Auckland, New Zealand and Principal Investigator for this study. The other Principal Investigators are Christian Spaulding, M.D., Cochin Hospital, Paris, France and Alex Abizaid, MD, PhD, Institute Dante Pazzanese of Cardiology, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Drs. Spaulding and Abizaid are members of the Cordiss Scientific Advisory Board and Dr. Spaulding has spoken on Cordiss behalf at medical symposia and Dr. Ormiston has spoken on behalf of Conor.
The RES-ELUTION I study is a 388-patient, randomized, multi-center comparison of NEVO to the Taxusฎ Liberteฎ Stent in de Novo native coronary artery lesions. The primary endpoint of the study is angiographic in-stent late lumen loss at six months. Secondary endpoints include target lesion failure, target vessel failure, major adverse cardiac events (MACE), stent thrombosis, target lesion revascularization, target vessel revascularization, and angiographic in-stent and in-segment binary restenosis at six months. Up to 100 patients will also be evaluated via intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) at six months.
RES-ELUTION I will also incorporate important health-economics metrics for the first time in any large clinical trial of a drug-eluting stent. This could lead to a new model for trials that not only provide important safety and efficacy data for submission to regulatory bodies but also give physicians crucial information about the value to the health-care system associated with this product.
The study involves 40 sites worldwide including Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, France, Germany, New Zealand, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Patients will receive clinical follow-up at 30 days, six months and annually through five years.
RES-ELUTION I is the first of three studies that may be used to support regulatory filings globally for NEVO. RES-ELUTION IINR is a non-randomized, single-arm registry of approximately 1,000 patients that will provide clinical safety and efficacy data about expanded patient and lesion experiences with long-term follow up. RES IINR is being conducted outside the United States; the first patient was enrolled in this trial in July.
In the U.S., a subsequent pivotal trial supporting a regulatory filing with the Food and Drug Administration called RES-ELUTION III will be conducted as well. That protocol is currently in development.
We believe NEVO is an important new step in stent technology, a continuation of the Cordis tradition of innovation that began with our introductions of the first bare metal stent and the first drug-eluting stent, said Campbell Rogers, M.D., Chief Scientific Officer and Head, Global Research and Development, Cordis Corporation.
holy cow!!! i think many traders/investors as well as newbies are kanna burnt BIG time by this BIG.. i really wonder how many actually heel my advice and sell of their BIG holding before it crashed to death.

I REPEAT AGAIN: SELL!!! SELL!!! SELL!!! TP: $0.55, I based this on the company' current P&L losses and its ability to go back into profit in the near future.. as well as factoring the current market sentiments. If the economic condition continue to deteriorate, the TP can be going even lower.. Dun be overbullish on pharmaceutical and medical device companies.. there are so many such coys going bust without none of us noticing.. I am not implying biosensor will go bust now.. but i m just stating the nature of the sectors and coys similar to BIG. Caveat emptor applies.. Do your own research on ur own. dun be blinded by the CE thingy. if its something so great, this burger will be selling like hot cakes with prices soaring rocket high despite the mkt sentiments. Refer to my earlier posts. I have been calling for SELL since 90c till now. See wat the price now? if you thinking of holding long term, this current price is definitely not the good level to sit in... more downside to come.. Its gonna be my last time saying on this counter. buyer beware. Just feel sad that so many ignorance newbies kanna burnt by this counter. |
"BIG's price is fragile and in very dangerous situation.... and you did not substantiate". Just becareful of vicious cycle market mechanism. Nothing to do with this company.

DON'T buy BIG now because BIG's share price is still in "fragile" state and still in a very dangerous situation.
Bengster at $0.80 you were shouting here for people to buy... lolong price etc. Now at $0.25 you are advising people to sell.
BIG's price is fragile and in very dangerous situation.... and you did not substantiate
I am of the opinion that BIG is OK, I am holding to my BIG share! Have you sold off yours?
Never seen your post before:My advice now is still the same as one month ago when people asked me: If you need $ or don't feel comfortable, better sell some. If you can hold, then hold. But if you are thinking of buying, better DON'T buy BIG now because BIG's share price is still in "fragile" state and still in a very dangerous situation.

Don't be greedy and bet your life in this type of market. Better sell some (not only restricted to BIG shares) if you need the money (within 3 years) or cannot afford to lose the vested money. Safety and survival is the most important criteria now. No questions asked. Better take care of your family as the first and most important criteria.
