when i went to jc, i regret going to jc coz it's not my interest in science... soo i quit after 6 months and join poly for finance. coz i know i want to trade. by the time i open an account. i have already got quite a bit of savings coz of scholarships etc. so i know banks are weak tat time, so i buy all at $5+... then i learned technical analysis, so started to use charts lor and news. i trade sia coz tat time is really low after a rise to 15++, trade sia based purely on technical charts.... then after a while, cosco caught my eye, so i buy at 1.72 ...then initially want to buy genting but tat time keep rising, i dun want to enter, so wait forr retracement and i bought. my mother not a trader, a housewife...

hey , just wondering, how you know to invest all in banks then SIA and cosco? your family influence ah? normally people who start young are influenced by family. and those who trade invest well, normally from well to do families, not those coffee shop uncle aunty who lose money in market. after realising you younger than me, and a female, and made all the correct move during the crisis, i really start feeling ashamed of myself sia. haha. sorry i a little MCP on the female part. XD

i always believe girls should not drink much and definitely not till they get drunk. sometimes i wonder, during this period of time when we are all so focus on genting, the other commodity stocks are rallying, but we cant board cause we on genting. how nice if we can 1 leg step 2 boats XD on stocks that is not spouse.

I think its good for now that you're all into Genting.. I thought that everyone is so focus on Genting and I opted to cash out half of my holdings.. Still can't really find another good stock to go into and in the meantime, I suffer opportunity costs as Genting go up higher..

MF Global has the simplest platform. But what bugs me is the trailing stop loss, does not work the way I want it to. May switch to IG markets in the end. I will still try out Saxo and see if they have some nice features that I want

The MF Global trailing stop loss does not work very well and has limitations. I will keep you updated and tell you which platform I like best.
