Private placement of 70,000,000 new ordinary share - use of proceeds

The net proceeds from the placement shares are $5,120,000.

As at the date hereof, the net proceeds have been fully utilised in accordance with its intended purpose in the following manner:

a) the sum of approximately S$667,000 for repayment of bank loans and accrued interest thereon;

b) the sum of approximately S$1,735,000, being payment of 10% deposit for the purchase of land by the Company's wholly-ownws subsidiary, Jade Real Estate Pte. Ltd., in Johor, Malaysia, as announced on 26 Sept 2007; and

c) the balance of approximately S$2,454,000 for general working capital.

 

Not sure what triggered the sudden surge.

For me is just a good time to clear some of my holding.

Still holding some in case it suge past $0.50

The charts for this counter isn't looking good. 

 

likely this short push to 38.5-39cts is to ensure the successful placement of 50mil at 33.5cts....sell and switch..so many waiting to sell from 38.5 to 42cts....switch

 

If the new placement is at $0.335. Then that is the bottom already.

The subscription price of S$0.335 for each new share represents a discount of approximately 9% from the weighted average price of approximately S$0.37 for trades done on the Company?s shares on 09 Oct 07.has entered into an agreement with a financial institution in Singapore to place 50,000,000 new ordinary shares to the aforementioned financial institution at the issue price of S$0.335 per share. The new shares represent approximately 6% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.

 

Sad to say, down.

The large price change coming is price up or down?

 

Bollinger bands are really tight - sign of large price change coming. Acc/Dist and Chaikin charts are not looking good.

 

Should be a very good news at the price @$0.335.Previously Private Placement only @$0.075.

Moreover Jade now is pfofitable company.
