Not curb lah... It is juat a " Trading restriction on buy only" imposed by one house, the brokerage UOBKH. But if you want to trade you can still do so by calling your broker to do manually. A trading restriction only restrict the investor to buy but not to sell.

The investors are very well off and rich and they can actually fend off any aggression on the share price if they wanted to. Lets wait and see.
