ANNOUNCEMENT
STATEMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors of Digiland International Ltd (?Company?) wishes to announce
that on 13 September 2007, the Commercial Affairs Department (?CAD?) requested that
Dr Vincent Tan, the Executive Chairman of the Company provide them with information
in respect of ongoing CAD investigations for certain alleged offences of the Securities
and Futures Act (Cap 289). Dr Tan is currently cooperating with the CAD in respect of
their investigations.
As far as the Board is aware, the allegations of offences under the Securities and
Futures Act are not brought against the Company.
The Company will make such further announcements if the circumstances deem an
announcement as necessary.

The subtantial ownder Vincent Tan has dropped his share holding from 61.13% to 59.23% through sale in open market. Wonder what is the rationale behind this and it's relation to the announcement.

BTW, does anyone know what happen to digiland? It is suspended.
Anybody out there knows why the price of this counter drops, although there is alot of buyers and volume?
