The question is does the new owner (IT gov) believe in giving very generous dividends like
the previous owner did ? I doubt it, in view of the bigly discounted offer price in the GO.
If the 'spoilt' holders' expectations are not fulfileld, it could well mean the price may move down.

such stock r bought n kept by ppl tat r believe in div. so rarely u see ppl willing to sell
for stxosv i believe ppl start to cool down n see whether to keep for long or not.
if it is good div stock still, then the selling may dwell as new major owner now more stable.

It gov may be striving again to own all the shares themselves rather than giving profit dividends to the public, no?

This counter is for long term investment. I doubt i need to go into details since Vard 4Q result presentations have shown the amount of contract secured and due for delivery this year 2013-2015. And with the demand for subsea & construction vessels remains strong, there should be more contract secured in 2013.
Want short term gain go look at ipco or WE holdings.
