US debt ceiling talk got nothing to do with this. Anyway, they sure kick the can, market already expected.
Also likely Monday start trading (max 3 day halt) unless request for suspension which is highly unlikely. They will thrash out the deal by this weekend.
Could be some share swop with Oceansky or merger? Why take so long ? Should be good news looking the current bid in the queue.

YHM is in the process of forming a jv to own the semi, which will be upgraded and refurbished. The rig is expected to be deployed in the Andaman Sea between end 2013 and early 2014.
EZion did it very successfully. YHM will follow big bro foot step. A big name solid partner will put YHM into higher profile.

Ocean Sky Int" l Ltd announced that the Co has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement dated Oct 29, 2012 with Mr Ang Boon Cheow Edward, Mr Ang Boon Chong and Mr Wong Siew Hui (collectively, the Vendors), pursuant to which the Company has agreed to acquire 30% of the issued share capital of Ang Tong Seng Brothers Enterprises Pte. Ltd. (ATS) from the Vendors for an aggregate cash consideration of S$3,053,255 (the Acquisition).
ATS is a civil engineering and construction company which operates primarily in S'pore. Established in 1981, ATS has a track record of more than 30 years in the provision of engineering services such as earthwork, roadwork, drainage work, basement work and structural works involving demolition and underground infrastructure as well as other general building works.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Company has agreed to purchase and the Vendors have agreed to sell a total of 450,000 shares of ATS (the Sale Shares), representing 30% of its issued share capital, free from encumbrances and together with all rights, dividends, benefits and entitlements attaching thereto, for an aggregate cash consideration of SGD3,053,255 (the Consideration), representing a purchase price of approximately SGD6.785 per Sale Share.

Is the halt lifted yet ?
Could be Ezion selling some shares to a strategic partner for YHM. Huat time lah. See BBs buy up so heong or not before the halt?
This is likely to be a placement ie thr Ezion to inject capital ie internal funding. Twodays halt is typical of ezion using placement as a vehicle.
Usually will drop then go up again unless they bring in another key investor.
