
short bubbles come and bubbles go, for medium, long term growth, all roads lead to china.
also the china property bubble is more for residential property, capitaland's aquisition of oreint overseas development includes commercial, industrial and retail property.
looks like a keeper this one :)

However, with the china property bubble risk blowing up, it may not be a good news....
This acquisition increases the exposure to china property market and increased the risk undertaken by the company ...
Nonetheless, if the bubble doesn't burst... this acquisition is a good news...
Still it is better to invest with caution...
