The deferment also comes amid some signs the much larger listing from Li Ka-Shing's Hutchison Port Holdings, also due this month, would eat into demand for the Perennial offering.

short-term wise, Good news for cap mall asia?
Perhaps the short-term funds that were taken out of capmall asia will flow back to capmall asia ?? becos lastweek many attribute the sudden selldown of capmall asiabelow it's 1.75 support to funds transefering out to punt china perennial trust so now since tat ipo defer so transfer back to capmall perhaps??

But at least these directors are not selling together with those big players
Even Liew Mun Leong has 457 lots with him. That means I am 1/2 director already. Go annual meeting still got cushion to seat...haha..
No wonder the share price keep depressed for so many days, thanks to Capital group.

Me to, even more than that, but luckily with slightly lower average cost price of Sgd. 1.88 !

I think may test $1.83 if the momentum is good. If can breakout $1.83 may be can see $1.90..
