My point is Buy at right time and sell at Good Time.
so when CEO or director sell or buy their company stock need to reports to SGX. ( some time they are switch to other counts , normal are the same line )
who know they may be sell kepcorp and buy in yz.
IF they buy other company share don't need to reports to sgx.
My colleague , Ms k , she is kelpcorp supports ,
she know the company will.
when to buy in and when to sell out
she toild me buy at price $9.xx close to $10 , and wait for good news to sell
yesterday she sell off at 10.85
now she is waiting for bads news come and buy in.
for any stock you buy must know the coimpany will . don't anyhow just buy because of some ask to buy. important thing is you can make money and happy during the trade. don't wait for music to stop and you kana hold .
stock up for 3 days , normally down for two days due to profits taking .
and wait for good news to coming .
so if you had sell other counts and wait for lower to buy in.
some good news to come soon..
just buy in and waiting , bb will switch to this again soon.

If u have holding power then don't worry too much as it is now trending up. The direction won't change so fast. Now is only a correction after a run-up. Support is at 1.09 and 1.06.

This is a free market, people can buy or sell as per their require. Unless the director/CEO or main management buy before the good news and sell after the good news then you can query about the insider trade.
But where is the news of Keppel corporation limited director sell 5000lots of share?
I check the SGX, only annouce buying of 5000shares which is 5lots by the director/CEO on 18sep (Sgx release on 19sep), and the director/CEO is only having an interest of 117.2lots. You mean she buy 5lots on 18sep and shot sell on 19sep???

Why 1000lots, for 5cts divident is 50+ million, isn't it 50k??
He is collecting 50+million divident is because he have an interest of 1.032billion of Yang's Share.
If the public float share are all being buyup, then Yang's will be violating the Listing rule 723.

I remember that the Chairman has mentioned in the AGM (think 2 years ago) that the price (at that time ard $1.2x) did not fully reflect the value of the company. And not forgetting that he has brought back 1000lots at 0.99 when the share price fell early this year. I think that the chances of buying is much higher than selling.
