broke the placment price 33cts and close under 30cts today...all the penny getting lower..Dr Soh's EI nets also close lower

The sale of land is expected after Jade broke off its JV with the Malaysian co to develop a township..notice Dr Soh's cos Jade,E-Inet,Netelusion after pushimg to a level..no > support liao..lower low ...42..38...35..broke ven the 33cts the recent pte placement price to ab 32cts...be careful..got profit just take...previously I was heavily vested in Banjoo and Jade at (11 to 14cts) and C15 to 20cts ) respectively...now quite risky...I've spld out completely BJ and Jade and now concentrate on Sinostar and Bengkuang..

Juitian to cross >70cts need time ..recently after its ex-bonus and ex warrants it was pushed to 70-82cts against its theoretical ex price of ab 60cts( $3.02 /5)..after that it came down as new shares and warrants were credited to CDP...
And applying this to BengKuang which has just be given in principle blessing by SGX on 5Nov..by he time major papers published its EGM date or when circulars are dispatched to shareholders don't expect to get at this price 87.5cts today.
Why safe? during Oct 19 sharp correction it dropped momentarily to 81cts and by end of day crept back to 86cts and on mon and tue 29 and 30 Oct...it broke out of its chart 92cts on nol >2mil unlike its daily average vol of ab 300-500lots...When dubai dry dock successfully acquired Labroy..most biz will be passed to BKM..Pan United was successful acquired by Dubai...and Pan United is also a customer of BKM like most major shipyards in S'pore.Dubai world Port successfully acquired P & O and has apllied for IPO in Dubai may provide synergy or even take over BKM in the near future..say at 90cts ex all price is ab 30cts but I expect it to trade>40cst..its recent pte placement price to institutions at 38cts..can consider if U can hold but definitely not for contra please

With the good market sentiment and this piece of good news, Jade is going to move up again.
Jade announced the completion of the purchase and sale of land will give rise to net profit of approx S$8,824,000 and is expected to have positive impact on the results of the Group.
Both RSI and MACD indicating this is heading south.
ST MA had crossed below MT MA, which gives sell signal.
Even current $0.35 had broken below the 24D MA support level.
Nothing looks good except maybe can wait a while to pick some bargain.
I'm waiting to load some at $0.33.

Is it about the new 50,000,000 private placement shares? I thought we already know about it or is it because SGX need to adjust the system?
