I am a listener too, now no harm to listen to you and my 6 stage of money cost averaging another 50 lots will be at USD. 0.32. That is the way aha... aha... I like it. (The lower I get the price, at the same time more potential I get the gain too).

 

Bullish divergence ?

 

Star Cruise at great bargain price .....

 

Agree still not bottom pit yet....wait awhile more...the dust should settle. i would say 0.32 should be the best price to grab some

 

Signs of recovering .....

 

SC is reviewing the structure in relation to its investment in Macau Land Investment Corpn . According to SC's annoucement to SGX on 14 Feb, circular will be despatched to shareholders on 28 Feb. Time for a rebound after that?  P- a- t- i- e- n- c- e  for those vested.  All bought to lose?  

 

Some chaps shorted big time.

It makes the whole episode extra interesting.  Big boys like to catch the unawares.

 

My posting on 14 Feb : Broke the 1st support at 42.5c. Next support is at 38.5c.

2nd support at 38.5c is also gone.

If the 3rd support at 32.5c is broken, then it is going to be bad. 

 

Isn't this an opportunity to pick up for mid to long term investment?

 

Yes.  I strongly believe we have very efficient authorities to resolve this.

Afterall, we can't afford to delay the IR project because of these teething matters, isn't it?

 

God bless the operators and many other retail investors who feel that it's time to pick up SC for their  value, NOT for contra play so that they will not play into the hands of the short sellers.  The Stanley story shd be resolved very very soon - trust our S'pore authorities for their efficicency.   

 

Budget rally ?

 

Didn't anyone read about opinions on how they can resolve the situation?  Those are worthy ideas, I think.

So be cautious ..... anytime shortists will be caught very badly .....

If not for the issue, isn't this worth 80 cents ?

 It's not only the short sellers who have been causing SC price to dip for the past few trading days.  The contra long players / operators will have to cut loss by dumping the shares,  coz they do not have the fund to pay, which allows the short sellers to follow suit, coz the ..  Or it could be the short sellers naked shorting first, after a  share runs up,  and the contra players/operators(who do not have the fund to pay)  following suit later. . Hope the contra players /operators(who don't have the means to pay for the shares) read our postings and refrain from hoping to make easy $$$  in the absence of  any fresh lead.    Rather , let there be genuine buyers (with the cash to pay), NOT contra players.  In this way, the short sellers will be snuffed out , or forced to buy at a higher price after shorting a share, coz  there will not enough scripts at  prices lower than those short sold by them to buy back on the same day, or three days after date due by the SGX.  Hope  the daily total volume transacted becomes  lower every day so that the chance of recovery for SC will be brighter. .

It's not all doom for Star Cruise cos it can still ride on the boom in Macau which is the world's fastest gaming capital. Star Cruise is in unwarranted oversold territory.

 

So looks like buying Gen seems like a better choice. At least Garmen will make sure every mechanism is functioning well.
