- A major deal is in the works for waste recycling firm Centillion Environment & Recycling <CNER.SI> and a European multinational company, the Business Times reported, citing unnamed sources. Centillion and its parent company Equation Corp. <EQCR.SI> halted the trading of their shares on Tuesday, pending an announcement.
Thanks and noted the 'peanuts', Xoefxoef .... But with Centillion starting anew now with OHL as the white knight, things should be seen in a different light. Let's wait and see what on earth the 'Halt' today is about ya.
Master vows, OHL invested less then 16 mil which is really peanuts for him. Dividends from Natsteel shares is already a few times this amount. If OHL can make the company profitable again within 2-3 years he has done a tremendous job given the fact that all customers ran away to Sembawang Waste. Given the prospect and a reasonable PE ratio of around 10 future valuation of this stock will not be above 10 cents in the near term. This 10 cents give OHL an 1000% ROI.

Do not expect this company to make profits for the next two years at least. After that, how much profit can they make. In 2003 they posted 16 mil in profits. Based on the example and PE ratio of 20 - 40 this share is only worth 8 - 16 cents after 3 years. Note PE ratio of 20-40 is already very high.
Fell on talks that it could postpone a contract announcement.
Vested! Still no news of the 'Halt' .... Yes, with OHL leading the way, I believe something magical will happen! Maybe an early Christmas present for those vested? :P
Yup. Thats true but the closing Q seems to indicate that some one is trying to sell down leh. Shouldn't that be something to alarm about?
Why is everyone out there so pessimistic about this counter? Halt doesn?t mean bad rite. For those who has vest, just keep your finger cross for some good news. If it does collapses after the news, how bad can it go? It has already gone down so much. The downside is limited. I have faith with OHL.

Happy for you, however I'm not so heng as you (considered double jinxs for me). Already breeding from the vested 30 lots at 0.23 on 1st day when it re-open for trading (4/10/06). After a long paused of wait and see, finally this moring decided to Q for 30 lots @0.175 when market open however at around 10.07 noticed there is a drop of 1 cent in Equation sensing something was wrong I wanted to cancel my trade but due to website lagging I could not make it in time and the next moment received sms from DBS Vicker that my order is filled, sigh.....

lessons learnt...never play with fire......dragon fire....lucky just thinking to enter yesterday (200 lots) but my feelings tell me to wait for this friday!! heng ahhh
Goto SGX, www.sgx.com.sg announcement and select the company E for Equation, then read the announcement date on 6 /11/2006.
