Just Bound off its Support Level of $3.91. 3. MACD lines are reversing upward, indicating that price is moving up. 4. Stochastic have crossed and moving up. Another Bullish Sign. 5. Revenue, Profit and Cash Flow are ok. Not very fantastic, but enough to sustain a modest growth. This is purely a technical play for me. I would prefer CapitaMall or CapitaComm, but they are too high to Buy now. So Capitaland is the next best thing. This is my personal analysis. You invest at your own risk. Good luck with your investing.

 

What is visible may not be real... I would hope more will buy and allow me to short higher...  lol...

Property counters, all green; hobee, wingtai all show black candles,prices may down again. Trade with care. 

 

my bet is they will go down to 3.87 support level tomorrow.

My last thread on this counter was when the price hovers around 3.54/3.55.......the recent action to curb the rate of migration resulted in a negative view of the construction sectors.......long term investors may switch to another counter that rewards them with higher yields....short term investors will seek for counters with dynamic flunctuations. However...the price of strong companies will pact themselves with the countries inflation......will not see any downside.

Amfraser's view on singapore property maintains overweight with their top picks city development and Allgreen. It still maintans buy call for capitaland $4 with tp $4.80  but indicating it had traded 17% off 4.80 at the moment.

 

 

 

Just sell... do it early....

fall below this value, I will update you again.

 

As I have said.. what goes up will need to come down.... Sell... If lucky it is just long correction, but most likely will be a at least a small burst..... Dream will be over....
