Fincateri is trying their luck to buy over remaining shares at dirt cheap prices to delist. But they will not successed as we will hold on. Now the stock price is at discounted price. The new management seems to be Huli-Hutu.
The price is not cast in stone and it can happen.Just look ard you can some counters trade many times above their NAV whereas other trading 30-40% discount to their NAV.

Yes sifu is right... stocks can be ourageously funny at times...
It is not inconceivable for it to go below
1.20, or even lower,
since it is now under free market forces...

I think all waiting on the sideline until the next EGM in April to have a better sense of direction from the new management.
Anyway low dividends doesn't mean the company is bad... if they can maintain a high ROE the shareholder's equity will increase in value.
