Massive selldown for Yangzijiang

I think more drop to come.. given US outlook.. not very bright.. think now cash / short is king...

 

indeed.. elf had signal me but i decided to hold on and believe of its come-back. which i was veri veri long.. after seeking her advise.. and overnite tinkin.. decided to cut all my paper losses by today. And i did it.. I lost hugh.. but i will come back.. heehee..

elf.. sold all my counters.. nol, jade, ellipsiz, nol, stx po, kangda and ouhua.

will oni hold two counters which i still believe in.. biosensors, sgx, advSCT.

simck, it is perhaps not true that all TA is useless.. gotta remember that not all indicators are accurate for all stocks. I've called a sell on yzj since it was 2.06. and my indicators (MACD) certainly don't show any end to downtrend; in fact, the downtrend deepened since aruond 1.5+. May i know which indicators you used for yzj?

TA is used to indicate direction of trend. It doesn't give you the exact buy/sell px in any case. That's why most of us do not use price as a guide. (or at least, not for me. all px i quote are always fluid targets to be shifted according to the exact live play).

i locked in profit and cut loss on all my counters monday two weeks ago, precisely cos TA showed that a change was going to happen, and i did not want to take the risk. So difference in opinion i guess, but i just can't agree that TA is "useless". It has its limitations, definitely, but then, all methods do. It's simply how to utilise the tool well then, by capitalising on its strengths and being aware of its weaknesses.   

 

As expected hahaha~ The bearish Harami analysis was accurate afterall.

Did a TA for this counter over the weekend. The indicators showed that it would be upward trend. Did a paper purchase, and it plunged and resulting a -11% loss; Around -$1000. It confirms no amount of TA could be used to decide on buy/sell order. Those who are holding to anything are in a sinking ship. God blesses we all. 

 

Today massive sell down again, Yangzijiang hard hit as usual and not spared. What will happen tomorrow? Come share here.
