No news is good news, if no news it can go up, lagi bagus.

If you see the price jump from 0.6 to 0.72 on March 31 to April 2, it creates a huge "hole", I rather it stays at 0.65 for some accumulations and fill up this gap. If it goes up fast, it will come down fast also.

You are right, the volume is low today. But one thing I notice is, some "big" lots transaction >50 lots buy in at certain price is good for us. I hope people who throws are those who purchased last week at good deal around 0.54-0.58, therefore, it has a tidy 16-20% gain for them in less than a week time. So, why not.

No news for the price to go up. Not sure why. The volume is also thin (2175+). May be some insider info?

Wow.... it seems like my analysis works well, is it because of SJ members supporting this counter, kekekekek... 0.665 now , will it break support point at 0.725 today?

Anyway buying huge lots yesterday at 0.605 ?? U must be earning some decent pocket money..

TChiew, did u buy?

If you read carefully, you will know I KNEW the Q2 profit decreased 94%.

I bought 10 lots today first. If necessary, (meaning if it drop to 0.50-0.53 range), I will come out with another 10 lots.

Not many, as I am holding others, and some backup for correction anytime.

Chemoil Energy (US$0.83) ? Initiating Coverage - Leading independent marine fuel supplier
Chemoil is a leading independent provider of marine fuel (bunker). Worldwide marine fuel volume is expected to increase by 7% yoy over FY07-09, powered by global GDP growth and new tonnage capacity. Chemoil should grow at faster rates, as its expanding operations enable it to gain market share. We expect Chemoil to expand its operating margins by lowering costs through: 1) higher volumes, which raises economies of scale; 2) the acquisition of assets that can be operated at lower expense than leased assets; and 3) an expanding global presence, helping to lower Chemoil's fuel costs and maximise its aggregate selling prices. We are initiating coverage with a DCF-based target price of US$0.98 (WACC 9.5%, terminal growth 5%), implying 18% upside potential. Our target places Chemoil on a 12.6x CY08 P/E, against an average 16.0x P/E for the Singapore market. Aegean Marine Petroleum, the only directly comparable listed peer, currently trades on a consensus CY08 P/E of 15.3x.

The only fear comes when Mr. Robert sells his share. You better do so, or watch out if that happens.

Don't worry, see you at $0.90 in December 07.

I will read his company fundamentals later... then, give a better opinions of FA.

Hi Jackjames,

Agreed. But USD weakening + oil price going up.--> only wat i can think of...maybe other forumers have more concerns other then this two concerns?

Thats the fear. Is it strong enough to make money with those two enemy going against it?

Does it have a hedge strategy or other methods to protect profits?

READ CAREFULLY - BE RICH !

I just found out this counter can really make you rich. I am going to vest next Monday. Probably you know ChemOil Robert is the top 40 richest man in Singapore by now.

I didn't notice this counter until today. Did a brief study and found out how amazing this counter is.

Quick recap, IPO price 0.45 , first day closing 0.585, strong support point at 0.585 as well, high at 0.965.

Financial : 1Q 07 net profit increased 25%, 2Q 07 net profit decreased to 94% (wow !), 1H 07 decreased 27%.

Do you know how much Robert purchased in just 4 months? from May 15 to August 17... I do not know exactly which price he enter, but based on the lowest price on the purchase date, the estimated money in vest in just 4 months is SGD 17.7 millions dollars, with an average price of 0.64. He is very smart by averaging down his purchase price. Look at the details table I tabulate for you guys.

Agree. Happyseah. This counter is a real trading psychological test. It is a good counter with good fundamentals. But in a falling market, FA/TA is out, just like crazy bull market. It is for investor who have at least3~5 years time horizon and a relatively high risk taker. I suppose price will be pressed further in the coming weeks, not the right time for bottom fishing yet.Opportunity may show at few cents floating above IPO price. Good Luck all.

My concern is what happens when CEO decides to take a break from buying? Also, he can't possibly be buying everyday right?

This is a a very good stock but I think the time is not ripe for this stock to move currently. I've been observing the trend.....still think it might downtrend to test the 50 cents level...

Note the selling from 96 cent to 57 cents. IPO price 45 cents. Advised to go in only when the weak players are weeded out. For long term hold only.....

I am lookin to buy but not right now...

I think otherwise.  The CEO has been buying back shares for 3 continous days.  Totalling to about 10000lots. Either he thinks the price is too undervalued, or he just wants to prevent the price from further falling by short sellers.

Fund managers selling. Heading downwards to possibly 50 cents level...unless of course the CEO support it again....which is unlikely since he just bought in almost 9 million shares. Don't think he is able to go against the market...

Market is weak.... share did not move much despite CEO buying up this counter. Take profit 1st if possible....might drift lower in the coming days....

It all depends on the market and the time frame that your are willing to hold on to this stock as well as the value that you think this stcok is worth....

As for me, market is in a corrective mode and with this disappointing result, there is absolutely no hurry for me to buy right now. Note volume is low for this stock recently....meaning people are not buying....

60 cents might be a good entry point. However, i advocate averaging and accumulating slowly....especially when market is weak....

Strictly no contra please....
