I would wait till 25 cents before punting...
Fundamentally, it is not there.... It has only 2 oil fields which are in a exploratory stage and not producing... CAPEX intensive and a strain on cash flow...Also Cambodia is among the top O& G producers in SEA.......
all over, there are hints of shortings ..... probably lots already shorted by retailers ..... wondering how the BBs will view it ?
