If everything goes smoothly, this baby should be able to up til 0.18.

After all the XD date still quite far away. But of course dong feng (& that the US stock good news) is required to further boost & push its price to a greater height. If dongfeng really comes, i thk price above 0.20 is not even a problem.

I see the interest in this counter is growing bigger by the day. Many retail investors are jumping in the bandwagon afraid of missing the ship. Lets see whether this ship can set sail as scheduled.

Hi Victorian, please help me with a question on RTO. Last time i had bot ezyhealth which later became wilmar. My question is, if i do not sell the shares after a RTO, does my shares of the previous company get converted to the new company?

Hi  Victorian,

Do you believe that  Achieva makes a potential candidate for an RTO?

* repost from other forum i am in where I am betting Acieva to be the next mini wilmar.

Wilmar was a RTO of a health coy... Ezyhealth I think...
Coy had a clean balance sheet... 10c cash and a biz that was so so.Couple owner own substantial shares.

What was worth was the clean listed coy status of Ezyhealth due to its balance sheet. Strong retained earnings,  no liabilities/contigent too. History was solid.
Coy was taken over, the old biz was sold back to the founders for $5m....sweet deal for founders. A new share issue and rights issue was initiated thereafter. These are historical facts which can be verified. New Owners literally got a listed vehicle to inject biz and shares bought dirt cheap and a major rights issue to lower their acqusition costs further.

The rest is history thereafter.......1 1/2hrs to 2yrs. This Kwok guy made shitloads of money not from the biz by from the share appreciation.. 15 c (average costs) to a high of $8.. now $4 so damn good play & counter management.

for those guys who had it at 10c....my goodness and held it for 2yrs cashing out at $5.

They made 50 X their investment.

Take a look at achieva and do a check list... see if it fits.
History always have a way of repeating itself...

Accumulaiton likely to be 12c..worse case 11.5c for 2 or 3 days.

If got 11.5c, I will buy....

Singapore investors little taste for IT/computer/software stocks.  May lose after ex-dividend just like Azeus got no play.  For years Aseus has not even move almost daily. It has reported profits every year..cheap but what for?    Previously  vested in Aseus and lost quite a bit until cannot "tahan" let go all.  Will Achieva be different?  Are they in softwares also?

Not a call to buy or sell.

yield 30% within 2 weeks
Agree Achieva witha dividend $40 per 1000 shares ex-date 2 June ie say U buy 100,000 at 13cts U will get yield of >30%( $4000 dividend divided by cost $13000) Not bad a return within less than 2 weeks is relatively,no wonder the buy queue is so much higher than sell queue, still not too late to buy in view of the meagre bank deposits per annum 0.8%

Achieve limited issued capital of 520mil shares and has remained profitable since 2004.FYE earnings jump significantly due to gain of $27.4mil for disposal of its Electronics component biz..worth buying
