as heatseeker said,one of the investor is a fund manager,so speculative of banjoo share will continue to be upward until certain prive has reach,of course the investor will bit by bit offload their placement share so for retail investor like us really must be careful.

I cannot say whether it is gd or bad, only that all this was oredi known factor; ALL of us known Banjoo is speculative, becos potential of gambling JV. I was at the EGM today; it ended within 20mins and all the investors presented looked pretty calm and happy. Incidently, toldt that the 2 gents offered placement have expertise (one is a fund investment expert) which Banjoo needed to expand in gambling JV, and will stay for the longrun, at least to cash in to a higher px. If any indicator, look at the accummulation today after 4pm... retailers and BBs are still accumulating this "pig" at 0.265 and 0.255, higher than the last resistance level of 0.24. I think all these looks pretty +ve for this "million pig", I will hold; vested 300lots @ 0.245.

 

Not gd news for investors as the 145million shares is at 2.5cts without moratarium ie they can sell straight away and make subastantial profits at shareholders expense certainly not fair to investors....large overhang of shares..difficult to cross 30cts in the short term...will be like Baker's share hovering btw 26 to 27cts for a long time

The Board of Directors of Ban Joo & Company Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 25 June 2007 ("EGM"), all the proposed resolutions relating to matters as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 8 June 2007 were duly passed.  

 

Pig hit highest 0.27 today.Wonder if it will cross 30c mark.

Still Alot of buying at 0.25.

Anyone have news regarding the meeting with main shareholder on 2.5c issue?

Limited upside for Banjoo all waiting to sell fro 26cts all the wat to 30cts..switch to Jade...will recover  or make >..another oculus,,,,new biz...maybe new management too....breakout soon as co may issue shares to finance its new investment..another round of push..
