did Robert buy any thing yesterday.....
Monitoring closely.
Broke 50 cents resistance. This is a very strong resistance level. Might zoom all the way down to 40 cents...
Mr Zhuge Liang
Thank for your advise. I am not familiar with this counter and exchange rate. I did not invest in this counter.

USD is falling against SGD, due to US rate cut. USD has loss 5% value since Jan and 8% for whole of 2006.
Brokerage Firm generally charge 50 basis point for FX.
If the stock price is flat, you already loss some money.
I would avoid USD don based company, including those reporting in USD in their finacial report.
Hi candice,
There's always forex risks in foreign currency denominated shares. US$ is likely to fall against S$.
Analysts downgrades. Big volumes indicate BBs selling. Cannot be retail investors forming the bulk.
More downside. Contra players will get their fingers burnt.
will it drop one more day with vol?

ha ha.. sorry guys, i also don know why the stupid link to the centillion things, maybe i am reading it just now and paste it here... sorry, the link is centillion..
i wonder how come such a huge sell down, there is no NOTICE OF A SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER'S INTEREST ?? strange...
Dated Nov 24, 2006, Itochu Corporation holds 22%, Itochu Petroleum Co. (singapore ) holds 15.5 %, then at that time Robert is 42.5% only... then, andorra services limited only 2.8% .. the remainding are public 17.2 % total 100%...
The only reason I can think of huge sell down is only from the public ?! Someone bought 500 lots themselves? and they are willing to throw at a loss? wow.. that's impressive... unless announcement shows Itochu Coporation reduce their stakes..
This ChemOil price is highly dominated by Robert... so, this is very interesting, he is not afraid of sell down, the worst, he collect more and more shares, but the bad thing is , if he holds more than 80% (let say), then, the stocks will not move significantly... it will be like STATchippac or UTAC. boring..
Quick takes - Strike two ?

Management held a conference call yesterday to warn of disappointing 3Q results. It looks as though the company will only break even in 3Q07, perhaps even incurring a small loss. This compares with our previous expectation of a net gain of US$15.6m. Management said its 3Q problems stem from two areas: 1) hedging of US inventory; and 2) temporary operating issues in Singapore . Although the continuing Singapore problems are disappointing, they should prove temporary and not affect the company?s core strategies of increased operational synergies and global expansion. Problems relating to inventory hedging appear more significant. We have slashed our FY07 EPS estimate by 40% after assuming 3Q breakeven and a lower 4Q operating profit. Following our earnings downgrade, our DCF-based target price has fallen from US$0.85 to US$0.70 (WACC 9.5%). We downgrade the stock to Neutral from Outperform on increased credibility concerns.

Chemoil Energy issues profit warning for its 3Q ending 30 Sep '07 due to its logistics operational issues in S'pore, as well as volatile conditions in boththe petroleum and energy futures markets. This is a spillover from the impact of its floating storage issues in Singapore as previously mentioned in its 2Q results announcement.
Apart from the above, the group incurred interim losses from its global supply operations. A portion of the group's inventory was hedged against crudeoil markets that witnessed a lack of correlation with the group's fuel oil inventory.
The Company currently expects its 4Q earnings to be an improvement over its second and third quarter results. If there is a recovery in Sep, Chemoil believes that 3Q will be breakeven, giving 9M07 results that are flat with 6M07. If Sep is disappointing, the company will report a 3Q loss.
In a business with thin margins, control over oil price fluctuations through effective hedging is an important element of the story. If this is not possible, the quality of Chemoil's future earnings is poor.
JPMorgan reduced Chemoil's price target to $0.98 from $1.00 with an "overweight" rating to reflect lower earnings estimates, and said it had removed the company from its Asia Analyst Focus List as it expects Chemoil shares to be "adversely affected" by the profit warning.
