One thing to note is that historically the warrants from this counter is quite poor in-terms of liquidity and the the price spreads are generally big. So if you are holding big quantities, it will be easier to convert and sell instead of trading the warrants. Having said that, the trading activities for warrants is expecting to go up within few weeks of listing and the activities will tapered off there after. Just my observation.
Thks clickshop for your advice.

Why you want to convert the warrants? Just hold it and sell it when the mother shares cheong. But remember it has an expiry date and a time value. Most warrants are not converted until near expiry date because the sub shareholders convert them to preserve their shareholding %.
Warrants are for trading, why make things so difficult? They follow the mother shares movement. They are like long dated call options.

Pls advise,
This is the first time I am receiving warrants, I have 100 lots now.
let's say if I convert my 50 lots of warrant to mother shares, the new mother shares will be 100 + 50 = 150 lots.
In that case what is the difference between holding warrants and mother shares other than warrant having a time limit.
Best Regards
Thank you bro.

You will be given 15 lots of bonus warrants.  You can exercise the warrants @ 2 cents ea and convert to mother shares any time after it is listed (should be around 1 week time). You can also sell the warrants in the market, the warrants price should be around  mother share price minus 2 cents.

How is the impact after today? I'm holding 30 lots now. Am I right to say that I can subscribe 15 lots at $0.02/share? What about the so-called bonus warrant attached? So total how many shares do I have in total after the subscription?
Some sifu kindly advise me. I'm getting confused now.

Stockmarketmind posting are  always backdated  which is useless......only for advertisement purpose.
When it comes to advertisement, everybody knows there are lots of gimmicks.
I doubt whether it is  genuine or not.
Sincerely. I think clickshop posting is many times better.....it is value investing.

Aiyo, why post now after the event? Now we already know BBs push to distribute at 12.3/12.4. They could have bought back at 11.3/11.4 that day.  If Monday cheong back up, you will say it is a big flush to shake out weak holders?
If you really want to contribute, please post BEFORE the event, thanks

Wah, I think you did not read my post properly.
I said Monday 18cts, not ex-bonus 18cts.  You can retire if Monday's price is 18cts? LOL.
Also, bonus shares are different from bonus warrants because of potential, delayed exercise of warrants as explained earlier. Dilution does not come YET because warrants are not exercised into shares yet. However, the warrants may be exercised* into shares near to expiry date which is some years away.
*But if share price falls below exercise price (as in Aztech's case), then no one in their right mind will exercise the warrants into shares, hence " potential, delayed dilution" .
With bonus shares, it is immediate dilution and more shares will flood the market when the bonus shares are listed. With bonus warrants, no immediate dilution and very likely, nobody will go and exercise the warrants immediately so there is no overhang of shares when the warrants start trading.
Hope this is clear

Doesn't that mean Mr N is heavily overbought already? In that case how come the stock would continue to " cheong" ? Sorry I do not have much experience in stocks and would like to learn more from the gurus here
