Price now 4.78 / 4.80. What's going on?

 

iPunter, I got SPC, shit... someone throw 371 lots at 4.84 , and here am I, vested at SPC.. well, just get the dividends lo..

 

I am expecting the price to go side way til XD. However, if the price goes up, I don't mind, a bonus to me and to everyone here! $5.00 sounds quite reasonable.

Xd of SPC is 27 Apr 07.

 

Last year SPC announced 1Q results on 25 April.

 

If results are good, price will correct after xd but will remain firm. Judging by the 1Q crude price, I think results will be positive.

 

Then, investors will also be expecting contributions from the Oyang field which is expected to come onstream soon......this is expected to increase upstream revenues by 2 to 3 X.....perhaps about 4 to 5 cts eps annually based on today's crude price?

 

Not to worry...its only a $1.00 wager......buy you beer if you lose.

 

Keppel corp keeps on buying as it has too much cash. Not vested. But on the whole , energy will get scarce and demand goes up, so energy price will go up. Unless Biofuel can be used easily.

sg gal, sorry, but im nt very gd in TA. so u mean, looking at bollinger bands, if a counter cuts abv it, it is on an uptrend and vice versa?

 

SPC still looking pretty good from the charts to me. It still cuts above the upper bollinger band.

iPunter, I am ready for this counter, just want to get as cheaper as possible... as I was on the queue at 4.82 before I goto JB to visit supplier at 9.30 am .... that time, I saw the sell queue at 4.90 is 600 lots ! therefore, I think it is quite hard to break that 4.90 level unless BB is on action... oh well, react according to market! and get the discounted price, that's what I am going to do..

 

From the looks of it, the Big Boys (big funds) seem to have decided to ride this stock up again.

But since the market  also consists of  all sizes of players and other big boys, they will have to  time their  buy/sell  activities accordingly (otherwise, the price will go up on a clean NNNE slope!)

I didnt hear wrongly for sure.  This type of news is so dynamic. BBC probably retract that statement when I head to bed after writing the post.. Of course I DONT want that to happed as well.  I am vested too you know.  :P
