This is  good S-Chip. One of the rare ones. And the railway  industry it is in is basic need for the people, funded by the Chinese government, which is still arguably the richest in the world now in terms of cash reserves. It's not a luxury thing which can be forgone.

Hold (but not trade). It's really cheap at the moment.

Now price is close to Lehman Brother's Timing, you may want to hold if you have holding power for 1 year, price will much better than now for sure.

Midas 's support is at 33 cents  , n YZJ is at 98 cents . But I hope that it would not materialize .
