PE ratio has not reached the approx 30x before the crash. But in per stock value basis, it has already resumed back to the $9 mark if you had subscribed to its right (which is really a good deal at that time to push up stockholder value - almost 50% discount off market price)
In terms of price to earnings ratio and price to book value, it's price may not be equivalent to when it was $9 in 2007 yet.
Can anybody else confirm this.
