Can any fellow members elaborate the impact on Swiber share price of the recent Notes?
Swiber: S$160 Million 7.125% Fixed Rate Notes Due 2017.
09 Apr 2013 10:31 Swiber Holdings Limited wishes to announce that on 8 April 2013, it has priced S$160 million in principal amount of 7.125% fixed rate notes due 2017. The Notes will be issued under the S$1,000,000,000 Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme established by the Issuer. DBS Bank Ltd. has been appointed as the sole global coordinator for the Notes and DBS, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited and DMG & Partners Securities Pte Ltd have been appointed as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the Notes...

how do we see and conclude that its current price is far above its PB and PE when comparing to its peers?
Too high valuation. Far above its PB and average acceptable PE.

I'm watching out for Vilianz. Swiber's other controlled entity. trading at 6c plus. Expect Valianz to do very well from the coatails of Swiber.
