Li Heng is cheap relative to its closest comparable China Sky which is trading at 6.39x FY07 P/E and smaller comparables in the same industry like Fibrechem (5.86x FY07 PE) and Sinotechfibre (6.19x FY07 PE)
[b]Li Heng forecasted FY07 EPS (post-ipo) is around sgd 11 cents. So applying a similar historical P/E as China Sky, short term fair vlaue should be around 70 cents [/b]
A number of people are misled by the high PE figures in the factsheet because they overlook the fact that the PE is for 2006 and not 2007!

Oxen, today Li Heng not heng again, it fell 18 cents from yesterday closed at 0.75 to today 0.57. Wanted to put in some comments but worried kena sue. Keep it up for those who hv share in the coy. Tomorrow is going to be a hard day again. Cheers.

this chemical company is overpriced at its IPO. So now the reality sets in. Targeting 0.45 to 0.50.
anyone can advice on this stock ? drop almost 30% since yesterday listed. any insider information ? Fibre etc should be quite stable rite , clothes are a must isnt it ?

Previously, I like IPO, would never miss one. But when IPO started to perform bad since last Aug, I stopped leow. This time round whoever apply, sure get one as the distr ratio is 99:99. Heng heng leow, for those who leave their fingers away from ATM.
Dun u guys realise that there are more and more shortists especially now sentiments sucks??? Be it a trained shortist or a new learner.. every1 including me have at least short one counter since last two weeks.. So price for IPO hardly can make it lah... wait for the fourth or fifth day and hope we can see better view of how this LI Heng fares.... See if she is heng or not.....
Anyway.... she list on the right time... i think...

Think last week, the edge magazine mentioned gery price around 85cents.
