Well, today is May 29 - the day for earnings report - and the price is still weakening to 1.19.

The Management doesn't seem to care about the stock price. Perhaps, we should not care either.   :cny:

For the performance, this cpy had actually gone up by leaps and bounds already if we were to compare the price since its ipo era.

I think investors should exercise more patience/faith and let its mgmt do a good job to expand the company further.

Personally, I expect the mgmt to share clear objectives with some figures with the shareholders.

$1.05 will be a good buy. I don't like this counter having watched it for years.   Comparing to biotech companies outside Singapore, it is performing too poorly. Many biotech companies have already gone up by leaps and bounds, yet Biosensors had been listening to this command: " hentak kaki, hen...tak!" Wahahaha!

Biosensors International Group, Ltd. announced the completion of its acquisition of substantially all assets of Spectrum Dynamics, a leader in advanced functional assessment technologies, including those used to evaluate patients for cardiac interventions.

The deal consideration is approximately US$51 million, with potential earn-out payments upon fulfilling certain performance criteria. Under the terms of the deal, the two companies will also create a joint venture aimed at developing future non-cardiac applications.

Yiming2000..cheers...your Maxicash should make $$$..I heavily vested in Rowsley,I believe will go up when all the regulatory approvals obtained to buyRSP Architects & 9.23 ha land in Iskander..when the 2 free warrants for every 1 share approved by shareholders price will soar...Rowsley price has remained > 40cts since end March 2103..good sign..glad to sold out Biosensor and channel the $$$ elsewhere

All sgx counters are controlled by BBs.   They never give chance.   I play US, can see the difference.

Lol ..I have also been holding for sometime now but come May 29 should go up based on previous quarters performance.

Should have sold all when it reached 1.4+ couple months back but then I got greedy...
