Hi baseerahmed

It is an indicator that I developed to help me track the markets. Btw, have you attended any of the forex trading schools in Singapore? I am thinking of attending one. There are so many to choose now. Not sure which ones are good. Any advice?

Thanks,

LifeIsBeautiful

Baseer... :)

Your wealth of experience in a demo account will stand you in good stead when you 'take up real arms'

to tackle the beast. Looking at your results, it's not bad at all...

Wish you all the best in your 'Sinbad's Battle' against the market beast!... hehehe... Smiley

I have no doubt that you'll make it, especially with your philosophical foundation (which is a must)...

2 weeks' demo account will expire on monday, i suppose ... thought just post the summary for weekend reading .. : )

Truly felt the 'seriousness' of Forex Trading .. the doubts .. the roller-coaster ride ...the adrenaline rush .. the anxiety ... the agony .. the estacy .. bench marking expectation against reality ...balancing real life and virtual life ..the addictive factor .... etc ..

the demo account is indeed is a  must  tool to test out not only your strategy but ur personality and appetite before going into the Real War Zone .... still need a lot of practise ....indeed , a lot of practise to know oneself and ur strategy well ...hahaha !

having said that, I must say it was fun too ... hahaha !

"Don't leave for Forex without ur Demo Account " ...American Express ..hahaha !

Seriously ... Forex is no play in the park ....those who make it are truly real Heroes !

Salute the Heroes !

Hi everyone,

Sorry to interupt but anyone here knows which is a good forex trading school in Singapore to attend? I have heard of FX:1, MomentumAsia, T3B, Terraseeds, Wealth-DNA..

Which ones are good? Anyone can help me out?

Yes.. I did notice that the volatility of the USD had some impact on currency pairs.

Quite scary. I shorted the CADUSD but was stopped out with some losses when the USD suddenly lost strength last week.

By the way, the scary wild swings of the USD/JPY pair in the last two sessions did offered huge
profits and losses to traders...

At the last closing on Friday (Saturday morning), it was back swiftly to near where it was before the
drastic plunge... Smiley

The US economy is already in the doldrums...

Though the falling Fed rate has been halted the last time after being reduced for seven consecutive times
in a row, it is unlikely for the Fed rate to be raised the next time (though halting has the same effect as
raising the rate).

Since raising the rate will curtail economic growth, it is thus very likely. More likely, it will remain stagnant.

Thus, if USD/JPY play is based only on the state of the US economy, there's a strong case for shorting this
pair, since it has risen quite a lot in a short time.

But if the factor of other currencies eg Sterling and Euro are brought into the picture, it may not be so
straightforward... as this may cause a further rise above current levels... Smiley

wacko :

u cannot post charts direct from ur pc . u have to upload to www.freeimagehosting.net (the one i'm using) and u will get the url "http/..." of ur image.

in the posting box (post a reply) of SJ ..click on the 'mountain sun' button ,second right from the smiley , and paste the "http /...." and click on the preview button to check if it came out correctly .....

just right-click on the recent charts i had posted and click on the 'properties' to see 'location' to get what i mean

for freeimage.net , u don't have to sign up an account if u don't want to .. u can just upload on the home-page itself ... i think ur image will be in the public gallery somewhere (not sure) ..unlike if u signed up for an account, it will be private only u will have access to the images , unless u want share openly ....

hope this helps ....

(learnt this from fellow forummer alligator ... check out our dialogue we had earlier )
