Rickmers Maritime – Bulls losing grip
Still holding on. Rickmers broke out of its sideways trend in May and shot to a high of S$0.69, up a hefty 78% without a so called correction. Since then, prices started to pullback and it is now sitting marginally below its support trend line. This close below its trend line suggests that the bulls are starting to lose their firm grip on proceedings. Nevertheless, it is still holding above its 50-day SMA, which acts like a last support for the bulls. Weekly indicators remain positive. The weekly indicators are starting to ease but remained positive. The daily indicators is currently looking neutral with a slight negative bias. Could retest its 38% FR again. If the 50-day SMA support holds, the stock could try to retest the S$0.625 levels again. However, if prices end below this
support, more selling pressure could set in. Investors could buy now but with a tinge of caution. Keep a stop at below S$0.54.

Is there any SGX Regulations on Shipping Trust's Profit Distribution to be 100% or at least 90%?
DPU at more than 2 cents per quarter at this share's price is Heavenly especially when it takes priority over loan repayment.
Management must be GOD.
