1) Why BBs buy into it ? Not 1 BB but a bunch:

3) What local authority favor not, may not be what the market react. 23Jan07 StarCruise increase 49%, went from 38.5cts to 57.5cts (High 64cts) on announcement of Stanley Ho taking a stake in the company.
4) Melco is Stanley & Lawrence Ho listing vehicle for it Macau Casino, now losing its monopoly status, getting crowded soon in Macau. What is the next best expansion plan for Melco? CHINA? How will this spill over to Lottvis, which already has its infrastructure-service-system for lottery via PAL? Will Melco exercise it remaining right in Lottvis, triggering a takeover?
Stanley Ho is definately the catalyst, guess there are some answer the BBs already knew or anticipated, we have not, make them invest into Lottvis, Game Over or Just The Beginning, think, think, think, the future yet to be seen
