construction contract cannot push it up.. look at BBR - profitable with no dividends.. the big push will come when they have fulfilled their promise to start the paper mill ..

The accumulation in the top 10 volume has been occurring for 3 months. Once attention sets in on this stock, it will surge to 10 cents for sure. Beyond that price, the result is unpredictable depending on its next quarter results and company prospects.
Thakral is climbing the top 20 vol chart...
got volume but still waiting for the pricing strength ...hhaha
