It shot to about S$0.57 before ex and I did not let go because I wanted to get the dividends and Rights Issue. Could have gained a lot if I had cashed in then and buy in latter when it fell back to S$0.38. But I felt the company had great potential and if I look only at short term I might not be able to get back in at a decent entry point.
Anyway this stock is sure to sky rocket with the IRs and the plans for south Johor bears fruition. My personal opinion and gamble.
Due to big drop on US market last night, today traders are more cautious. Just be patient. It will head NORTH steadily and easily

Slow and steady increase. Guess it will cheong forward after the announcement. Good counter for long term investment. Believe if you let go once it cheong cannot catch back.
That's nice to hear. I have bought the shares before the exercise of rights. I will b happy this counter move back to the price before they exercise. By the way OCBC also holds some shares in this counter. I hope this friday announcement would be good. And then let it cheong pass the target price. To Target Price and beyond!!!
Some broking house in April put this counter's target price to S$0.54 and also rise from buy to outperform ! Seems it is approaching the prediction. Saw today buying volume and Friday's result releasing. Keep buying ! Good Luck.

I read the queries on the topics regarding whether it is good or bad news when OCBC convert the loan to stocks !
But, this is no news anymore, it is already make known to the public previously. One thing need to highlight is at initially, it convert it at 8,800,000 (4.76%) shares based on S$0.361. Then OCBC disposed the share 4,830,000 in the market and gain in profit of S$379,769.86. Then to my surprise that this profit is past back returned to HG management, correct me if I am wronged or I interpret it incorrectly.
Today, OCBC convert another S$1,006,500 to 3,300,000 and based on the calculation is S$0.305 per share. Will they disposed it again ? Overall pictured, up to you all to imagine and analysis, just for info !!!

1. You can buy odd shares to round up to 5000 shares. Either call your broker to do so or go to "Unit Share" tag in POEMS website.
2. Please refer to the document sent to you. It is stated in there as trading start of the right shares.

Also when the rights will be converted to normal share?

If anyone can remember after the announcement of rights and dividends somwhere in Nov 06 at S$0.465, I mentioned the price it should adjusted after all the exs, should be S$0.389 - S$0.39. Now I think it is coming to the range, anyone care to invest or felt they miss the boat previoulsy, can now take this ride now comfortably at 0.395 - 0.405. Just my opinion.

however i did not applied as i am still waiting for the bros here to teach me on how many shares should i applied. Thanks
Can anyone share how do I apply via ATM? I tried to find the option today but couldn't find it. In the end had to give up because had to get back to office.
And also, if apply for issued & excess rights via ATM, den the form don't need to send back to CDP right?
