Too many rush rush rush in to buy at 0.16 the last few days and it may be suppressed by the sell off from those contrarians next week. I'm still pessimistic at this moment, or till next weeks. :-((

No one bothered about our friend today?

Today is a very exciting day for this counter - high volume, but no 'cheonging' happened in spite of very loud cheering on the side.

If it opens at 0.16 on Monday and the low remains at 0.16, there's possibility of 'cheonging' to 0.225 during the week or next.

This stock has formed a neat uptrend channel and today's close is just sitting nicely on the channel bottom. If it does not break through the botton channel support, it should move up back within the channel and head higher.

Hope it doesn't break out by Friday ( @0.135 ).

What happen...lost stream, i told u never buy bcos of OHL!

OHL alone will not able to move the stock, always look at the company biz model and future contracts!!

Yesterday's brief mention in a news article in the papers immediately pushed down the price a bit, making it attractive to bulls again. Say if you missed it at 0.18 this perhaps this is a better entry point at 0.14-0.145 (Strictly for bulls only!).  :)

Its a wait & see game with this counter as they are starting really fresh from scratch .... No analysts can even put a target price to it now due to its uncertain future. Let's see how the market response within a month or two.

Its a real gamble here, but I am betting an uptrend, while most out there for a down. And I may be wrong .... With its good daily volumes, its will be an interesting bet. Heehee!!

Trade with care ya!

One of the seminars that I had attended taught me this "Be it bull or bear market, just don't be the "babysitter" can get "slaughtered" like a pig." "Parked" your cash into the next counter that "showed abnormalities" to ride on the wave. Sure, recycling business is quite a profitable one esp with OHL. But instead of waiting for the next trend reversal for this counter, why not made more $$ by "playing" some other counters or even put into short term FD to boost up one next buying power for this counter. Anyway, this is just one of my suggestions. Who know? Maybe this counter will soar when market opens in a few hours time. Good Luck.

Of cos this counter doesn't look attractive now with no major contracts - yet. Which explains y its current earnings will not be exciting.

Just a gut feeling that major clients will surely return .... I'm an overview investor. Trade with care ya.

I suppose we can say that what price a firm's 'pioneer' paid for a particular stock is no more as relevant as the market value of that stock. It's the market that determines the price at any particular point in time. Since market value changes with people's perception and the fundamental values of the Co., it can can also be said that it is possible for this counter to be worth more than it's current price reflects.

...Just my thoughts.  :)

Why is no one commenting about the price he pays and the price that you pay for the same stock? Do not forget that he(OHL) is paying less than one cent per share. Please correct if I am wrong.

Same sentiment singaporegal. There's nothing to cheer about it right now and they have to announce their results someday...soon??? Very likely to be-ve. The JV may be beneficial to the business but remember, not immediate and it may take some time to produce result. Looking at the volume, if there's no big players, its not likely to move uptrends. I will miss it for now.

Centillion's current price is like IPO price and surely lower than those IPOs listed recently. Yes, cheap can be cheaper .... so the risk is always there in stocks.

As for its P&L, it shouldn't be exciting after major clients fled when the scandal was uncovered back then.

The only FOCUS for this counter now is when will the major clients returned? With the recent JV with that french waste giant, biz confidence in Centillion is restored.

Above still my opinions lah. Trade with care!

Yes, that's very true.

For longer term holding, I think this counter has got to be an excellent bet. This approach suits those with the patience to wait it out in the event of possible 'roller coaster' behaviour.

Yes, it would certainly be very helpful if some finance expert can do a P & L for us.

On the other hand I share billywows' sentiments on Centillion's business.  With our environement the way it is, anything to do with waste, water management/treatment, recycling is in the sunrise industry.

My personal view is that it is not one stock to  "punt" ie buy today, sell tomorrow.  Its for the long haul.
