If I have 200 lots of shares ie... I will get 100 lots of warrants, can I sell the warrants the day the warrants for trading in SGX?

Or must wait for confirmation from CDP that the warrants are in my CDP?

Seems like the company is struggling with the OIS. Is so late into the process and yet I have not seen the OIS. They will have to get it out before the book closure date of 30 May,I presume.

Trade888      ( Date: 28-May-2013 16:28) Posted:

The OIS should be out very soon. Look for the  warrants agent  under key info in the OIS. The current agent for W13 is Boardroom. Not to sure if they will change.

I believe their address is :

Boardroom Limited
Group Head Office

50 Raffles Place
#32-01
Singapore Land Tower
Singapore 048623
T : +65-6536 5355

You may want to check the OIS for the bonus issue in Ntegrator website. It should be there.

In fact today's close at $0.092 is equivalent to $0.128 before XB.

You are right,  call  Boardroom at 65365355 and request for a form.

I suggest you go there personally and collect the form because time is ruuning short if you want to

convert the W013.  The option to excercise must reached Boardroom Advisory Services by 3 pm on 30 May 2013 to be able to receive the bonus warrants.

The conversion takes time. You will have to get the forms from Boardroom, fill up the required fields, get cashier order from the bank ($5 in general) then submit either by post or by hand. The processing time is around 3 working days from Boardroom. So if the share price goes up during the conversion period, happy situation, the other way round could happen too

In theory ONLY:

If you hold 10,000 shares, you're given 5000 of warrant. If you convert your warrant at 2 cents each, you will then have  15000 shares.

Yesterday closing at 0.116. At 10,000 shares  the value should be $1,160. Presume you bought at this price yestersay. IN THEORY, together with the conversion of 2 cents per warrant, your total cost  will be $1,160 + (0.02 X 5000) = $1,260 for the 15000 shares. Average per share will then be $0.084.

NOW the quoted price is $0.092, so  you should set to have a gain of $0.008 per share or $120 for 15000 shares, presume if you conver  your warrant.

Any shifu please advise if my understanding is correct.

Thank you.

Can try selling within the same day when the warrants are listed. The spread and activities should be good during that few hours to few days.

Yes to Both query.

But the warrant spread is too wide. Better to convert then sell.

If I bought mine last Thursday at $0.110 for 200k lots. I should get 100k warrants? So I still can send the mother shares and get the warrants that could be converted to mother shares at $0.02 theoretically? Am I right to say that? Thanks ppl for sharing.

My broker said I could simply sell the warrants away too to get the $$ instead of converting it to mother shares?

Yes correct. If u bought at 98 before ex date, now the gain would be 40%. But if u buy at 120 yr gain is 15%.

But it is the time when u are given the warrant to confirm the final gain.

I chose to sell majority yesterday so made 20% gain . The rest of gain will leave it to destiny of market From today.

Prefer to smell mmoney notes now.
