Hi teeth53,

Care to shed some lights on the total share float say if all the warrant outstanding are all converted into company shares at 0.005 ct ?

Too many figures a bit confusing...

As Bryan say........maybe due to the recent good article about it..having no debts... give rise to interest and exit chance for BB.. to sell off all their converted shares at 0.005 to instant 2X profits ?

Hopefully company do it other way to reduce floating share... via share buy back and cancel..

But after issuing so much shares and warrant... to get the funds... it would be unlikely that the company  would use the funds to buy back their own share and cancel them..

Further they are talking about looking for potential business with  good profit margin to invest..so they would likely keep the cash...for acquisitions.... so that leave it with  no other choice but to consolidate to shrink share float....in due time..maybe not so sound.. as  new shares and warrants just issued out...it won't be good to do it now...

I'm also waiting the the price to fall back a bit than get back in again. Counter is always there, pocket the profit first, later on just wait and see! :)

BB are playing this stock up slowly...same  pattern used from 0.005 to  0.013.  Accumulate then push up taking profit along the way. No substantial shareholder selling til now. Happy trading! 

 

mmm...but i realized, towards the last half an hour, there will always be huge buy-ups, and will usually clear the sell q. Wonder what's the ploy. no doubt that there are many profit-takers, but it seems like there are still many parties interested in accumulating?

i cleared 2/3 of my holdings at 1.3c as well. not sure if it's a good choice. definitely waiting to get back in again.

Why was the selling quantity so huge ?

From what I experience from other stocks- huge volume transaction usually happens when " substantive" holders  sell in open market in big lots....hundred of millions.....

Look out for announcement at SGX, if substantive holders sell, company must report it to shareholders via announcement thru SGX website.

 

Mar 22,  (best date) best chance to play  " super volume changed hands - 619,961,000" .

With super volume - This are where all vested had better chances to either  - win  or to  loss.

(Less volume, less chances to let go as price remain STAG, so less chances to short or go  long.)

mmm...i might divest more. it seems like the price is inflated due to a lot of optimism and " potential" of the company. do you guys think the current px is over the valuation of the co based on its most recent performance?
