Is Biosensors a good buy?

Upward movement most likely in anticipation of good results for the coming quarterly report. hopefully more to come for the rest of the day

 

Up now 0.530! What is the resistance level?

Definately cost more than gold! So the last GDP figure not really becoz of Biosensors, they are really insignificant compare with the drug substance manufacturers in Tuas. Chinese say "little wu" meet "big wu". However we know Biosensors sales was strengthen and on the up trend, hopefully they deliver better results in Sales which is important. Cost is dependent on the development and regulatory projects they are running and other corporate stuff. If sales revenue goes up then it is time to cheong !

AK, no worry, most likely good result, becos last quater medical was very strong, in fact without it, the growth will be only 5%.

and biosenser will be the one to benefit the most.

if u thk of buying this one, i thk it is ok, but wait till tomolo to buy.

tonite dow most like down, so tomolo cheaper, medical was strong last quater, so this one will definitely good result.

 

I believe they will show some +ve results on the 27th to justified for the increment in the director fees.  Otherwise, AGM on 28th will be a "tough" day for them.

 

Results on the 27th and AGM on the 28th. Really hope this time our patience will be rewarded with some good news.

Time is due for this bugger to move up quickly.  Don't wait till the end of the current upswing mood for all shares.  Otherwise everyone die standing if there should be a change in directiion.

 

I disagree. Most biotech companies reward their staff with share options during the early days as the potential for the company to grow is apparent

 

Ya, good management (in their own perspective) they are squeezing cost but into the directors' own pocket...better give us profit in the coming result announcement, else we all will dump it together even at a loss...as a sign of protest from loyal supporter (no more..).

 

Poring thru annual rept,Biosensor has issued its director/founder Yoh-Chie Lu 22.45mil share option ,a consultant 10mil option and there are 191mil option outsatnading exercise price ranging from USD 0.0002 to 0.36 under the pre-IPO      and Biosensors PSP award another outstanding sahre options 94.0mil options ex price from    USD 0.24 to 0.70,wow so many potential scrips ready to be converted into shares shd BIG raise up.BIG acquired JWMS also issued 129mil shares to fund its acquisition,looks like the directors are just milking the co without adding much value to its market share price.Maybe those attending the AGM on 28 tue can shoot > questions at them..The directors and related relatives hold 305mil  and 56mil under DB Nominee and HSBC Nominee,yet still got so many share options to reward him.Co ist till in the red since 2005 yet they ask for increase in directors fee $259,497(2008-$252,667)

 

Has the bull arrived for this slow moving counter,Biosensor.time to do catching up.
