sporeguy: bull not in malaysia yet. perhaps the pt that stock markets are inextricably linked to politics? eg, singapore went up not just 'cos econs strong, but also 'cos politicians willed it. cf how we have strategically timed comments and news from the top whenever market appears to be flagging. not just here, but in the US, too. all factors remaining the same, stock markets run only when the politics are right for it.

check when the malaysian elections are. that's your hint for the malaysian bull. i believe my bro can elaborate more abt that? besides, markets are rotational. to foreign funds, the rotation might not be blues, mids, pennies intra-singapore, but blues of s'pore, thailand, malaysia, for instance.

My relative who is a broker in Malaysia said that she has not seen the bull yet in Malaysia. Anyone care to comment?

re GemTV, yes I had let go quite a lot, but save some to tikam as I think this counter can settle around $1.. (the ipo is 1.08) particularly as I also agree with RT comments that shortists not going to be around, there is good chance for Jason Choo et al to drive the stock up to more face saving price levels (besides I dont mind keeping long term).. it is a punt..

today didn't follow "trend" for gems coz busy somewher else la, so 2molo i got no comments... bt imo with no TA involved, i think interest might be shifting to some other counters from gems, only to wait for any rumours/news/actions from gems then further actions.. i think shortists oso "sian" liao for gems... i might be wrong as i posting all this without my crystal balls, hahahhahaha.

 

cks, i looked at the intra day in the morning liao and nothing had changes to my gambler position, so that y dun need come out and clarify mah... next time, i clarify okie... hehehe, when the powers combine, captain planet he is my hero...
