Seems we are in the same frequency. I tried very hard to find out the answer for this but i don't figure it out. Initially scared of any BB playing this and scare it may go down very soon, but after some analysis i don't think it is a bad sign.
So my guess is should be due to some good news which may unveil in near future. those insider news which the public will not know one.
Just my guess only.

IMO:
By doing a right issues may be a good option for BIG:
1) Lower gearing ration ( lesser loan liability ).
2) If the right issues is for a strategic investment partner in the same field or from fund house, then it will be even more positive for BIG and the share price may even appreciate further after the right issues.
3) Share price may have some fair correction due to the the rights but for some, the price will appreciate even more from there onward if the rights is deemed accepted as a strategic move. Eg. NOL. Look at how NOL move after the rights .....
4) If the rights are very much accepted and subscribed .... then it even bores well for BIG as this signals the confidence level the investors had in BIG.
4) BIG is now already in the BLACK ... furthermore, the mgmt already mentioned that the profits will weighed more towards the 2nd half of FY10 .. so surprises maybe well on the way ....
Barring any unforseen situation, i will still hold on to it and wait for the right issues and stick with BIG till this FY10 close. Reasons: Upside is till there ....
Cheers.
Above is not an inducement to trade.

In fact, it was moving so fast after that report that I was prompted to call up a former colleague who works there to hear first hand if BioMatrix is selling well among local cardiologists/ hospitals, if not, how they're doing in the regional markets. This is one counter I regretted not going in earlier when it was selling at 40 plus cts. Now, I can |
