remember, UIC was trading below its NTA for sometimes. recent climb is due to investor believing the valuation of UIC building is too low. with the IR coming. UIC building at set to become more expensive. dun be surprise that when the NTA are valued upward by 10% for this yr closing ..

FA of UIC is too good to sell.Limited down side risk unless unforeseen happening like bird flue etc. Will hold it till next year.Year end result should be very good.

Hi derekchong,

UIC looks to me to be on a slow downtrend now.

What  Cashiertan said is quite true. In case this counter is going down now, you can be sure that you can get in at a lower price when what Cashiertan said happens in time. Maybe you can wait for a good price before entering. :)

This counters will fly when its assets( the building) are revalued. currently the value of their building are valued attheir  past prime price. as the economy picked up and the IR effect, the value of their asset can be revalued at a higher price. If UIC wanna revalued their buildings, they will do it at the end of yr results.

UIC.

As I have said, as a punter, I wouldn't take a punt on this one. I  have this deep in the gut feeling that 1.88 is the top. From there, it will slowly, slowly in the coming weeks, be lower and lower.

Well, actually, gut feel is one thing. But that's the beauty of the market, I suppose. Each  person  has  a different  gut feel.

As long as you don't plunge, losses will not be that devastating.

Wait for a few days to be certain... the bollinger bands are quite narrow now. But this counter has a tendency for slow and gradual price movements.

Hi,

Even if I am a punter, I wouldn.t take a punt on this one.

As a punter, I'd bet there's a long way down to go from here.

Please note this is only my punter's gut feel !!! :)

UIC's TA signals have changed and I think it has just emerged from its downtrend. May be moving up now.

cng444,

I'm no TA expert....but based on TA, now dosen't seem to be the right time.

You gotta monitor the charts to time your entry........sporegal will be in a better position to advise on this at the appropriate time.
