These agricultural sites have been earmarked for commercial, industrial and residential development. Based on a valuation by Knight Frank Malaysia, the total market value of the properties was about RM2.71b ($1.05b) on Aug 30. Albedo and Infinite Rewards are also in talks for the inclusion of two parcels of land of about 94 ha in the agreement. If the RTO deal is successful, the bets are that the deal will transform the otherwise lacklustre steel trading company into a prominent property player in Iskandar.

FYI - Yesterday one full dark candle, not good. Today, most likely again. Not so good.

Was wonder if it ever, players will still be very gangho to punch n risk either making it a big win n or a bug loss. Not for weak heart.

I been in and out many times for the past 2 mths...hv made a pile, but lost abit the final time last wk.
lucky sold off make 1 cts and when it shot back to 0.07cts was a bit upset..now below my entry price liao..not going for Albedo..too many scrips..after consolidation sure lose..Today Biz Times a negative report on Albedo
