Warrants are rights for holder to subscribe the mother shares at a fix price, in this case is 2 cents. So you can pay 2 cents to Ntegrator and convert one warrants to one share. Alternatively you can sell your warrants in the open market. If you are holding the old warrants, W013, then today will be the last day before 3 pm to convert to mother share to still entitle to the new to be issued warrants W01?. If you chose to keep the W013, you will be given additional W013 and the last day to convert will be Dec 2013 at 1.5 cents.

The OIS should be out today. All terms of the warrants new and old, key dates and key information will be outlined in the OIS.

I guess you can. If you have internet account with CDP, you don't have to wait for the statement. Is safer to check before trading

Ys. I also called them this morning. I was told that existing shareholders will be entitled to the new warrant (the one to be issued) in the next 1 or 2 weeks (very kiasu statement). We've to check out the announcement. Appreciate any brother and sister look out for this announcement and tell everybody once its out.

The lady said she can't be sure if officla notice to be given to warrant holder. So let's drop this hope, just focus on the announcement.

I just feel that this kind of  procedure is not very transparent. Everybody have to guess.

That is what my understanding.

Before warrant are traded

 

If I buy the shares two months ago, I do not have get the form for any registration I assume? Lot of terms and processes are very confusing.

Am I right to assume if I hold 100 lot before any annoucenment of bonus issues, I should get 50 lot? And if i purchase the 100 lot of shares again before XB today, I would get another 50 lot again?
