Shortists are making use of their money to make money and they don't respect anyone since in Singapore insiders cannot buy. So shortists are in a more advantageous position than the big names.
I am new so might not know much about the market. Sorry if I am wrong.

Agree with bro Gelu, buy when it clear 2 to 3 bid quickly. Else percent of down trend is higher than up. Cleared some of mine yesterday, the rest keep for long term. Not buying or selling liao.
