On Thursday, Cosco re-tests 26 month old resistance at $2 and closed at $1.99 with HIGH volume of 52.32 million shares traded.
A rising window occurred (where the top of the previous shadow is below the bottom of the current shadow). This usually implies a continuation of a bullish trend. There have been 4 rising windows in the last 50 candles–this makes the current rising window even more bullish.
Both RSI & MACD are bullish as MACD about to perform a “golden cross”.
Important Resistance of Cosco: $2
Immediate Support of Cosco: $1.90
Currently prices are supported by the technical /20 days MA at $1.90
On 4/Nov, Cosco was trading in high volume and attempt to break above the $2 resistance.
This will be another counter that we will be looking in the coming week though it may be too late for entry since Cosco RSI already near to overbought region.
Moreover Cosco already report its 3Q net profit on 3/Nov thus any potential upside is limited

Most of us bought it cheap and for long term investment. Btw, the chart shows that it is BREAKOUT.
I think you better cover your short early in the morning, otherwise you are gonna be SQUEEZED.

COSCO Shipping orders more heavy lift vessels
On the evening of October 31st, COSCO Shipping signed a contract with Nantong COSCO KHI Ship Engineering Company Limited in Shanghai, to build four 28,000-dwt heavy lifters. On the morning of November 1st, COSCO Shipping signed with Shanghai Shipyard to build another four 28,000-dwt heavy lift ships. COSCO signed for ten 27,000-dwt MPPs back in March as part of plans to establish its heavylift fleet as the number one in the world. [05/11/10]
i think whether or not it will perform well on monday has yet to be told
though dow is uptongiht it might take a turn for tomorrow especially when the eployment reports are coming out tomorrow.
but i believe that quite a fair bit of investors have invested in levels that are lower that the current so they might well take profit when there're some right?!
Never close at 2.00, not a good sign with sell down at pre-close of 1.99.
Is Monday going to be profit-taking day? But Dow is up today. So Monday will be very interesting. I remembered during 2nd quarter result, cosco didnt shoot up despite good results.
